[KLF] Black Room
August 16th, 2001 by erik via mailing list 21:43

you probably were referring to this:

this surfaced some time ago (2 years maybe?), and the people on the list
decided that it had nothing to do with anything as far as I can remember.
It has no lyrics and no resemblence to anything by the klf or anything that
was rumoured about the black room, so it probably is a total hoax. I
listened to this once and it didn’t sound good.

[KLF] Chill Out – Mega Mix uploaded
November 25th, 2000 by erik via mailing list 20:03

This chill out mega mix (ultra rare) going around on napster is definitly
what you can find in the discography as Chill Out 2. It is supposedly from
a session of bill and jimmy just playing around around the time of making
chill out and space. And it’s brilliant. Absolutly recommended. The other
mix listed in the discog is almost similar btw. Slightly different samples.

However, the real Chill Out Megamix by Doc Lx Patterson (a boy and a girl
go to the moon, about 18 minutes) remains unspotted. Does anybody have a
decent copy of this? Mine is terrible (monophonic, noisy, etc.)

[KLF] Chill Out Megga Mix
October 16th, 2000 by erik via mailing list 07:20

the patterson chill out mega mix has a continuous beat and the "a boy and a
girl went to the moon" story throughout. Chill Out two, in the style of
Chill Out and Space with the acid party report in it, is a Bill and Jimmy
original session to my knowledge.

[KLF] dance version of madrugada eturna
September 7th, 2000 by erik via mailing list 12:18

I took this mix from the white room promo clip that’s on the dutton video
compilation as far as I remember. Sorry for the poor quality btw, but it was
and still is the best copy available.

there are 3 basic version of Madrugada Eterna

a) the Chill Out / Kylie version. Ambient.

b) the club mix. On KLF ETERNA 1 and ETERNITY 23. based on
"After The Love" by Jesus Loves You if I remember correctly.

c) the dance mix from the white room movie promo video. this was never
released on any record or cd (except the twr-ost bootleg obviously)

the info in the discography is wrong. I told Lazlo what to change, but he
preferred to write [Erik Gander: "Record does not contain the mix used in the
White Room promo video"] instead of changing the info, even though I
offered to prove any addition I make to the discography. The radio edit of
the club mix is btw roughly the same as the normal club mix, just shorter.
Very nice though.

the idea is for it to be a) chronologically and b) a nice listen from
beginning to end without the same track twice in a row.

as usual, this will be a project by Marshall. I have not spoken to him in a
while. At this time, the project is still in planning stage. I have
mentioned it only to find out if enough people would even buy it, what with
CD-R and mp3 and all.

January WTIL, sleeves & labels of LT and TUTS, mint condition 1987, mint
condition WKTJ, and LTTT original (Andy I know I owe you a lot)…

btw, with all that mp3-ing and stuff, would you people buy a real pressed
(not burned) 2-CD set with 1987 and WKTJ and the singles from that time,
all in excellent quality, if Marshall made it? This time it would be pressed
first and THEN sold… honestly! Any opinions?
